If purchasing the Interspect Desktop Lease product, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you are authorizing Onclarity, Inc. to automatically charge your credit card, for the monthly lease fee and applicable taxes, on a monthly interval commencing from the date of purchase. Recurring charges are automatic and will continue until you choose to purchase Interspect Voice using the Lease Purchase Option or cancel your lease order. The Lease Purchase Option is only available for current leases. If you cancel your lease order you must use the Lease Purchase Option prior to your lease expiration or you will lose all equity in the Lease Purchase Option. Monthly lease payments are non-refundable. Additionally, you will be required to connect to the Internet every 30 days to validate your lease status.
